聚羧酸盐减水剂在大体积抗渗混凝土中的应用

摘    要:在配制大体积混凝土时,掺用矿粉、粉煤灰、HEA膨胀剂的情况下,使用聚羧酸盐减水剂配制的混凝土各项性能优于萘磺盐减水剂的配制的混凝土性能。聚羧酸盐减水剂通过自身低收缩的特征加之复配技术,促使混凝土的缓凝时间延长,以达到延缓混凝土水化热的集中释放,是防止大体积混凝土裂缝的关键因素之一。

Abstract:The properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prior to naphthalene sulfonate water-reducing agent on the preparation of mass concrete in the case of mixing breeze,fly ash and HEA expanding agent at the same time.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can extend the retardation time of concrete by its own characteristics of low shrinkage and compositional technology,to defer releasing heat of hydration of concrete.That is one of the key factors in preventing mass concrete from cracking.
