D_2药剂浮选某氧化铜矿的研究

摘    要:对回收低品位(含铜≤1.42%)、高氧化率(氧化率占94%以上)的铜矿石,用传统的Na2S—黄药浮选法获得的铜精矿品位仅为10.63%,回收率为21.89%;单用D2活化剂—黄药浮选法回收该氧化铜矿物,效果稍好,铜精矿品位为11.38%,回收率为24.98%;而将Na2S和D2活化剂两种药剂组合配比使用,铜精矿品位可达18.83%,回收率为77.16%,加上中矿处理后,铜回收率可达80%以上;铜精矿品位和回收率都大幅度提高,效果显著。

Abstract:To recover low grade copper ore(copper content≤1.42%)with high oxidation ratio(above 94%),if by flotation reagents Na2S alone,copper concentrate with grade of 10.63% and copper recovery rate of 21.89% will be obtained.If by chelating agent D2(2,5-dimercapto-l,3,4-thiodiazole),copper concentrate with grade of 11.38% and copper recovery rate of 24.98% can be obtained with better result.If by combination of these two kinds of reagents at a certain proportion,the result is very good.Copper concentrate with grade of 18.83% and copper recovery rate of 77.16% can be obtained.After middling treatment,the copper recovery rate can be increased to above 80%.The copper concentrate grade and the copper recovery can be greatly improved.
