摘    要:在设备改造和工艺技术上对抚顺石化公司引进的5 万t/a丙烯腈装置的扩能方案进行了研究,对催化剂的选用、扩能瓶颈设备的改造、工艺参数的核定等问题进行了讨论.并通过9.2 万t/a装置的反应条件、急冷系统核算数据分析,来探讨国内研发的新型PV型旋风分离器、提高急冷系统回收率技术在丙烯腈装置上应用的可行性.通过对反应器床层压降的核算,确定采用对空气分布板、原料分布器扩孔的方案,保证床层催化剂整体流化状态;通过对丙烯腈吸收塔操作参数和技术改造内容进行核算与分析,采用高效规整填料,解决扩能后原吸收塔存在的液泛、系统压降大的问题.

Abstract:The expansion project of an acrylonitrile unit with capacity of 50 kt/a in Fushun Petrochemical Company is studied in this paper on the basis of unit reconstruction and process technology.Selection of catalyst,improvement of units and ratification of key parameters are also discussed.Feasibility of using new PV cyclone separator and the technology of improving quench column's recovery efficiency in acrylonitrile unit is also discussed by analyzing data of the reacting condition of the unit with capacity of 92 kt/a and that of quench column.Flowing status of catalyst bed are guaranteed by adopting reaming air scattering plate and raw material sparger method decided according to the calculation of the pressure drop of reactor bed.High efficiency regular packing is introduced to solve the problems of columns' flooding and the system's high pressure drop after expanding capacity through calculation and analyse of operating parameters of acrylonitrile absorption column and the technology.
