| 摘 要： | 本文通过对大学英语教学现状及问题的分析 ,从改变教学观念、加快教材建设步伐、改革教学方法、拓宽课程内容、重视第二课堂教学、考试形式多样化和考试方法科学化、加快教学技术和教学手段现代化步伐以及加速师资队伍建设等方面对大学生英语运用能力的培养问题进行了探讨。
