| Abstract: | In this paper, the necessity of actualizing administration with the aid of intellectualization in colleges and universities is disserted,and some effective measures must adopted in realizing administration with the aid of intellectualization are pointed out. The importance of intellectualization administration is demonstrated for deteriminacy factors and randomness factors of administration in institutions of higher learning. |
