| 摘 要： | 建立了以紫外分光光度法测定化妆品中碱金属及碱土金属硫化物含量的方法。结果表明,试验中加标回收率为81.8%～98.1%,在0.0～10.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9994。此方法快速、简便、结果准确。

| Abstract: | An ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of the contents of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal sulfide in cosmetics was established in this paper.A linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of 0 to 10.0 μg/mL,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9994.The recovery was 81.8% to 98.1%.This method was rapid,simple and accurate for testing the content of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal sulfide in cosmetics. |
