齿轮啮合区瞬态温度测量方法的比较与改进

摘    要:齿轮啮合区瞬时温度的测量是研究塑料及其复合材料齿轮的强度和寿命的关键.但配对齿面在啮合接触区彼此复盖,不能为现代非接触式测温方法(例如红外热像仪探测头)所到达.本文采用在红外热相技术定位下的微型热电偶测量技术.又在测量系统中,通过引入自行设计的轴端集流环前置放大器和微机软件数据处理等先进手段,从根本上提高了对热电动势微信号的频率响应和信噪比.从而首次真正实现了啮合区各点闪光温度和瞬时温度的测量.

Improvement of gear meshing zone transient temperature measurement
Abstract:The gear meshing zone transient temperature measurement is of key importance in the research of the strength and durability of the gear drive made of plastics and their composites. But the zone can not be accessible by modern non contact temperature measurement, such as infrared thermographic sensors. This paper presents a new method with mini thermocouple measure technology oriented by infrared thermographic technology, accompanied by designing a pre commutater amplifier and micro computer software data treatment, which have well improved its frequency response and signal to noise rate. Then the meshing zone flash and transient temperature measurement became reality for the first time with the new method.
