TIEC中传递过程的理论模型及其解析解

摘    要:本文根据换热器原理,把管式间接蒸发冷却器(TIEC)抽象为一次空气不混合,二次空气和水膜横向混合的叉流换热器.应用热力学和传热学理论,计及二次空气和水膜的热湿交换,建立了描述换热器中诸传递过程的基本方程组,利用实验测出的边界条件对基本方程组进行求解.得到了一次空气、水膜温度及二次空气焓在空间中分布的解析表达式.用试验结果对理论计算值进行了验证,说明本方法具有较好的可靠性.从而为进一步理论分析和结构优化提供了理论基础.

A basic equation group and its analytic solution on transfer process in TIEC
Abstract:In this paper,TIEC(tubular indirect evaporative cooler) is considered as a crossflow heat exchanger,in which primary air doesn't mix while secondary air and water film mix horizontally.According to the theory of thermodynamics and heat transfer and taking the heat and moisture transfer of secondary air and water film into account,we construct a group of equations to describe the transfer process of the heat exchanger.The boundary conditions obfained from the experiment are used to resolve the fundamental equation group.The analytic expressions of primary air temperature,water film temperature and secondary air enthalpy also acquired obtained.The comparison between the experimental data and the calculative results shows great reliability,which will provide theoretical proof for further analysis and structural optimum.
