| Abstract: | The paper introduces BCIIS model, topological structure of network, collection and integration of information, etc. According to it's character, the author has compared BCIIS with MIS(Manager Information System) and CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) and proved that BCIIS is more suitable for the existing steel and iron business in their modernization of management and information. |
