摘    要:游梁式抽油机的效率较低,主要是由于游梁式抽油机的工作特点,使得电动机总是处于过渡状态而造成的。采用智能型无触点控制器,通过适当地降低电动机的端电压,可以减小电动机的功率损耗,进而达到使抽油机节能的目的。

Abstract:A feasibility analysis of saving energy of oil extractor used in oil field was described.On the basis of analysing all kinds of losses for three phase asynchronous motor of oil extractor which works under actual condition,a new method was presented.Endvoltage of motor is cut down by using intelligent nontouched point controller,then expenditure of energy may be decreased.Finally some technical difficult points about how to carry out this plan also discussed.
