摘    要:本文采用8结点40自由度剪切厚壳单元对网架焊接空心球受压节点进行了弹塑性分析,通过对各种尺寸的节点不同加载方式的计算,分析了球面的塑性分布,应变及位移的分布和变化规律,以及球体和钢管的尺寸,加劲肋与否,加载方式等因素对球体承载力的影响

Finite element analysis on compressive bearing capacity of welded hollow spherical joints of space truss
Abstract:By using an 8 nodes 40 DOF shell element taking account of shear deformation, this paper carries out an elasto plastic FEM analysis on welded hollow spherical joints of space truss in compression. By calculating different loading conditions of joints with different size of both sphere and tubular member, the plastic zone, strain and vertical displacement distributions of sphere, stiffened or unstiffened, are determined. Given also are the effects on the compressive bearing capacity of joints. Based on analytical results of over 150 models of joints, a more reasonable formula of compressive bearing capacity of joints is presented.
