汽液固多相流蒸发防垢实验研究

摘    要:对工业生产中常见的硫酸钙结垢过程进行了分析,研究了汽液固三相流态化技术对硫酸钙溶液结垢的影响,进一步探讨了三相循环流化床蒸发器的防垢机理,对其防垢性能做了进一步考察.实验结果表明,加入固体颗粒后的结垢诱导期要比未加颗粒的结垢诱导期延长将近5倍;固体颗粒加入得越多,防结垢效果越好;加大溶液中的离子强度对硫酸钙的溶解度有较大影响,可有效防止硫酸钙的结垢。

Abstract:The process of calcium sulphate fouling in industrial production was analyzed, the fluidized technology of gas-fluid-solid multi-phase influencing on calcium sulphate fouling was researched, the theory of preventing foul in three-phase circulating fluidized bed evaporation was further discussed, the performance of preventing foul was further reviewed. The experiment result showed that the inducement time after adding solid particles was five times longer than that not adding, that the more particles was adding the better preventing foul effect there is and that the intensity of adding particles had a significant influence on the dissolution and preventing foul of calcium sulphate.
