| Abstract: | The paper reviews the selection and implementation of the major construction programme for the first phase of the Qinghai Potash Fertilizer Project in ten aspects of plant size, product programme , plant location and general layout, brine harverting manner, carnallite harvesting from salt pans,salt pan size and construction, end brine drainage, potassium chloride products processing programmes, power and water supply and equipment import. |
