广东地区空心大板住宅外墙板裂缝的研究与改进

摘    要:本文对广东地区空心大板住宅外墙板的裂缝问题,从混凝土干缩与自然温差两方面考虑,先计算出无配筋墙板与配筋墙板的混凝土干缩量,折算成当量温差和自然温差进行叠加,再算出墙板温度应力值与混凝土抗拉强度作比较,从几种可能发生的温差情况中,定量地分析外墙板裂缝产生的原因,并提出了设计改进措施。

A Study on Cracking of the External Hollow Core Panel Wall Structures in Guangdong District

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to clarify the causes of cracks occurred on the external hollow core panel wall structures. The deformation due to shrinkage of plain and reinforced concrete wall panel was calculated and converted into an equivalent temperature difference strain, the equivalent difference and ambient temperature difference were added up together, from which the temperature stress in wall panels were calculated and compared with the tensile strength of concrete. The causes of cracking were analyzed quantitatively for several possible temperature difference patterns and a measure for improving the design procedure is presented.
