摘    要:针对现有加工方法难以实现非圆曲面形活塞异形销孔加工的现状,提出了一种基于超磁致伸缩材料的活塞异形销孔加工机构,通过理论分析建立了伺服刀杆机构进刀数学模型、超磁致伸缩材料控制模型及磁场控制数学模型,并在此基础上进行了部分试验,取得了较好的效果,为非圆曲面形活塞异形销孔的高速精密加工,提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:The existing methods can not meet the needs for machining Non-cylinder piston pine hole(NCPPH).A new method based on giant magnetostrictive materials(GMM) is presented.New models are established for the servo mechanism,GMM and magnetizing force of the control solenoid to characterize the relation between the control current of the solenoid and the displacement of the GMA(Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator).Some trials are performed.It is demonstrated that the new method can meet the needs to perform machining on NCPPH effectively.
