Transform domain charaterzation of Abelian codes open up a new direction in studing Abelian cedes with spectral mothed .The key idea is using an appropriate DFT with mixed-radixbetween frequency domain vector and time domain vector. We extend a vector and its spectrum,fourier transform pairs,a(X)and its spectrum polynomial relations beween the time domainfunction and the frequency domain function in general DFT to spectral transform with mixed-radix.
