基于迭代阈值和形态学的图像边缘检测

摘    要:提出了一种迭代阈值和数学形态学相结合的微生物图像边缘检测。这种边缘检测方法,不但有效地抑制了噪声,而且检测出的边缘连续、清晰。实验结果表明,本文所用的边缘检测方法要优于传统的边缘检测方法。

Abstract:An edge detection approach of microbe image combining iterative and Mathematical morphologic method is proposed. The edge detection approach suppressing effectively the noises with the consecutive and clear edges kept up. Experimental results showed that the approach is superior to traditional edge detection approach.
