| 摘 要： | 研究了从银杏叶中提取总黄酮甙和萜内酯等有效成分的4种方法，即①水提—醇沉—酯萃法;②丙酮—盐水—提取法;③醇提—酯萃法;④乙醇提取—树脂吸附法.其中方法③和④已经中试，提取物总黄酮质量分数分别为26.20％、31.62％.萜内酯质量分数为6％，达到德国同类产品质量要求.

The extraction of effective compositions in the leaves of ginkgo |

| Abstract: | Several methods of extracting flavonoid compounds andginkgolide from the leaves of ginkgo are investigated in detail. The experimentalconditions and methods are compared with Germany about those. The results show that thecontent of the flavonids in product is over 24%,the ginkgolids more than 6% as same levelas the product of Germany. |
