煤制油行业油品储罐的腐蚀与防护

在正常的化工生产过程中,常存在着一系列的设备腐蚀问题,设备腐蚀是危及装置安全平稳运行的重要隐患,常造成设备泄漏或失效,严重时会导致装置停工或发生火灾、爆炸、中毒等事故,所以油罐腐蚀和防护成为设备维护的重点。本文根据煤制油行业油品的高温、高硫化氢含量、高含固量的储存特点,特对油罐的腐蚀范围和特点进行了分析,并制定了相应的防护措施,同时对油罐腐蚀检验和维护的要点进行了论述。

Corrosion and Protection of Oil Storage Tank of Coal-Oil Industry

In normal chemical industry production process,a series of equipment corrosion problems often occured,which was the important hidden danger to the equipment safe and steady operation,resulted in leakage or failure of equipment,and would cause the devices to shutdown or fire,explosion,poisoning and other accidents.Therefore,the oil pot corrosion protection and maintenance was the key point.According to the quantity storage characteristics of high temperature,high curing hydrogen content,and high solid content of the coal-oil industry,the corrosion scope and characteristics were analyzed,and the corresponding protective measures were draw up.Simultaneously,tank inspection and maintenance of corrosion were mainly presented.
