脱硫装置钙硫比偏高原因分析和处理

摘    要:脱硫装置钙硫比的高低是衡量脱硫装置的运行水平的最关键指标。1#、2#脱硫装置投运至今,基本能实现安全稳定长周期运行,但是钙硫比却远远超过设计值,最大达到7.71,超过值1.2的650%。通过对影响脱硫装置钙硫比的消石灰品质、脱硫塔出口温度、硫分、原煤品质、消石灰的循环利用次数、电除尘的运行方式的对比分析,得出造成1#、2#脱硫装置钙硫比偏高的重要原因是消石灰比表面积较小以及脱硫塔出口温度过高。

Abstract:The level of Ca/S was the most critical indicators to measure the operation status of the desulfurization unit.Since 1#,2 # desulfurization unit was put into operation,security and stability of the basic long-term operation was achieved,but the Ca/S was far to reach the design value,and the maximum was 7.71 more than 650% value of 1.2.Through the influence of calcium desulfurization unit of lime sulfur than the quality of desulfurization tower outlet temperature,sulfur,coal quality,the number of lime recycling,and the comparision and analysis of the operation mode of ESP,the important reason of high Ca/S of 1# and 2# desulfurization unit was got that the surface area of lime was smaller and the outlet temperature of the tower was too high.
