乙烯基单体改性水性聚氨酯的研究

摘    要:以聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟基丙酸等为原料,采用丙酮法制备了水性聚氨酯乳液,分别用甲基丙烯酸单体(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FA)对其进行了改性,得到了一系列核壳结构的改性水性聚氨酯乳液,并对改性产物进行了结构表征和性能测定,结果表明:改性后的水性聚氨酯乳液形成的涂膜具有更好的机械性能、耐水性能以及耐热性能等,应用范围更广。

Abstract:The waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by PCL,IPDI,DMPA and other materials with acetone method and a series of water-borne polyurethanes modified with styrene,fluoroacrylate,and methyl methacrylate,respectively,were gained which also were characterized and prepared.The results showed that the modified PU emulsions had better mechanical property thermal stability and water resistance,which can help broaden the application of water-borne polyurethane.
