| 摘 要： | 分析了旋转货架的特点、工作方式和优化思路,设计了某自动化立体仓库的分层旋转货架PLC控制系统。针对货物拣选时间的不确定性和旋转货架控制灵活的特点,给出了拣选作业的动态优化算法。实践表明,该控制系统稳定可靠,采用动态优化算法后能有效提高系统的工作效率。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the characters,workings and optimal thought of the multi-carousel,a carousel control system is designed using PLC in an automated warehouse.According to the uncertainty of picking time and control agility of automated warehouse,we give the dynamic optimal algorithm of order-picking work.Result from practice shows it is robust and stable.The work efficiency is advanced by using the dynamic optimal algorithms. |
