基于机器视觉的工业检测

摘    要:针对酒瓶生产中对瓶口进行的有无损伤检测的重要性,对酒瓶瓶口的检测进行深入、系统的研究。基于机器视觉的检测技术通过Halcon软件实现精准度高、过程自动化、速度快的检测,故采用Halcon软件和图像处理的相关算法实现瓶口的准确检测。经过实验表明,采用机器视觉技术,识别的精度和速度有很大的提高,而且减少了人员的使用,从而减少了企业的成本。

Abstract:Aiming at the importance of damage detection of the bottle mouth in the bottle production,makes an in-depth,systematic research on the detection of the bottle mouth.The measurement based on machine vision through Halcon software to realize the high precision,process automation,speed detection,then uses Halcon software and image processing algorithms to achieve the accurate detection of bottle mouth.The experiment shows that,by using the machine vision technology,it can improve the recognition accuracy and speed greatly,and also reduce the staff use,thereby reducing the cost of the enterprise.
