预处理工艺对4Cr5MoSiVI钢组织与力学性能的影响

摘    要:4Cr5MoSiV1是国内外典型的铝合金热挤压模具钢。为了改善钢中残余碳化物的数量、大小及分布,进行了系统的预处理工艺试验研究,采用自动图像分析技术对碳化物的面积百分数、平均粒径和单位面积碳化物个数进行了定量测定,并与常规退火工艺的组织和性能进行了对比,从而优化了该钢的预处理工艺制度。

Abstract:4Cr5MoSiV1 is typical steel for Aluminium extrusion die. To ddecrease quantity and size ofresidual carbonides, to distribute them uniform, systematic testss of pretreatment are carried out. area percent,mean particle diameter of caronides and their density are determined by SEM and automatic photograph analysis,so as to optimize the specifications of pretreatment for the steel. The structur and properties of steels gained bynew process are compared with that by comon awealing process.
