| 摘 要： | 采用双氧水与烧碱分浴浸轧冷堆加常规氧漂工艺对纯棉纱卡进行前处理，解决了多年来纯棉纱卡平幅前处理中卷边、折皱等难题，提高了产品的质量，降低了能耗，开辟了纯棉纱卡冷堆练漂工艺新途径。

| Abstract: | The pretreatment of all cotton drills consists of first hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda padding separately, then the cold-batch,and finally conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching. This processing can overcome the defects such as curling selvedge and creasing with traditional practice. It also has the advantages of improving the quality and reducing the energy cost. |
