| 摘 要： | 本文以１，３－二甲基－４，５二羟基乙烯脲作为无甲醛防皱整理剂，对棉织物的整理条件以及整理后织物的性能和质量进行了研究。实验表明，ＤＭｅＤＨＥＵ与棉纤维的反应性要低于Ｎ－羟甲基化合物的交联剂，但选用适当的摧化剂和高分子的添加剂，能使ＤＭｅＤＨＥＵ整理后的棉织物回复角达到ＤＭＤＨＥＵ整理的水平，而其他机械物理性能要优于ＤＭＤＨＥＵ。

| Abstract: | The article studied the finishing conditions and the performance and quality of cotton fabric finished with free-formaldehyde DMeDHEU. The results show that the reactive performance between cotton fibre and DMeDHEU is lower than with crosslinking agent of N-methylol compound. However, when selecting proper catalyst and macromolecular addition agent, the wrinkle recovery angle of cotton fabric finished with DMeDHEU gets to the level finished with DMDHEU. But,the other mechanical and physical performances are better than finished with DMDHEU. |
