摘    要:在线性权重下降PSO(LWDPSO)和随机PSO(SPSO)的基础上,提出一种交互进化PSO算法(IEP-SO),将粒子群分成两组,分别采用标准PSO和SPSO并行交互进化,各侧重于全局搜索和局部搜索,根据进化代数动态调整两种算法中进化的粒子数。通过仿真实验,证明了IEPSO的寻优性能优于LWDPSO与SPSO。Zie-gler-Nichols、LWDPSO、SPSO和IEPSO分别对控制对象进行整定仿真测试,证明了IEPSO对PID控制器参数整定效果最佳。

Abstract:An interactive evolution particle swarm optimization(IEPSO) algorithm was proposed based on linear weight decrease particle swarm optimization(LWDPSO) and stochastic particle swarm optimization(SPSO).The particle swarm was divided into two groups.Standard PSO and SPSO were employed for global search and local search respectively;parallel variables were dynamically adapted according to the evolution stage.The simulations proved the IEPSO had better performance than LWDPSO and SPSO.PID controller tuning test proved IEPSO had the better control effect than Ziegler-Nichols,LWDPSO and SPSO.
