新型全数字化阻抗分析仪设计与实现

摘    要:本文阐述了20Hz~2MHz范围内针对集中参数的新型全数字化阻抗分析仪的设计原理与实现方案。相比传统仪器,该系统采用DDS技术产生低失真正弦波激励信号,采用等效采样技术进行高速高分辨率数据采集,并通过采用DSP算法进行信噪分离和信号的矢量分解,大大提高了系统的抗噪声能力和测量精度。结果表明其在标准测量条件下可达到0.1%的测量精度。

Abstract:The principle and realizing method of a novel digital impedance analyzer from the 20Hz to 2MHz frequency range was introduced. Compared to conventional impedance analyzer, the instrument was designed by digital technologies such as DDS technology to generate the low-distortion sine-wave stimulating signal, equivalent sampling technology to realize the high-speed and high-resolution data acquisition, and DSP algorithm to separate the noise and useful vector signal. The experiment results show that noise disturbance and measurement accuracy was improved and the basic precision of the instrument reached 0.1% in standard test conditions.
