低温锌系磷化液的研制

摘    要:研制了一种新型低温锌系磷化液.介绍了低温锌系磷化液的配方,讨论了磷化液中各组分的作用、用量和工艺参数对膜性能的影响.结果表明,该磷化液溶液稳定且配方简单、成本低廉、沉渣少、成膜速度快且磷化膜耐腐蚀性能好.

Development of Zinc Series Phosphating Solution at Low Temperature

Abstract:The formulation of a kind of phosphating solution containing of zinc ion at low temperature was developed.The parameters on the phosphating coatingwas introduced.The effect of coating properties on each component,amount and process parameters of phosphating solution are Discussed.It is shown that the phosphating solution is stable and has such characteristics as being easily prepared,low cost,less sludge and higher film-formation rate.The phosphating coating formed with this solution has good corrosion-resistance.
