| 摘 要： | 本论文提出了综合利用碱性蚀刻废液综合利用的方法——蒸氨生产氧化铜,并针对蒸氨过程的温度、pH、进料量等工艺参数进行进行了设备的调试分析,提出了碱性蚀刻废液蒸氨工艺的最佳运行参数,铜氨液的进料量为1.0 m3/h,pH为11.6左右,温度为105℃。
