摘    要:针对钢包底吹氩控制系统智能化程度不高的现状,提出一种基于模糊控制理论与传统PID控制器相结合、采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的控制方案。通过检测吹入氩气的压力、流量数值,反馈给控制系统,与预设值比较得出偏差值,在程序中依据偏差值采用模糊推理规则修正PID参数,由修正后的控制参数控制PCM调流器,对流量进行在线调整,以达到对底吹氩气流量实时精确控制。系统程序可随不同工况条件有针对性地选择控制策略和控制算法,实际应用显示,该套控制系统能够在较大的工况变化范围内满足炼钢吹氩的工艺要求。

Abstract:In order to enhance the automatic level of ladle bottom blowing argon process,a novel scheme is put forward which combines fuzzy control theory and traditional PID controller together.It uses PLC as controller and pressure,flow of blowing argon are detected to calculate control deviation.Fuzzy reasoning engine is employed to adjust PID parameters according to the control deviation and then to drive PCM device,so that the argon flow can be controlled accurately on-line.Furthermore,the scheme is able to change control strategies to adapt variant working conditions,which provides much more flexibility.The scheme has been applied in several steel factories successfully and proved meeting blowing argon technique in great range.
