CdS:Fe掺杂纳米晶体的水相合成

摘    要:在水溶液中,将Fe~(2+)离子掺杂在CdS纳米晶体的内部,并利用微波辐射促进Fe~(2+)离子向外扩散和纳米晶体的生长,制备出荧光发射波长在520~650 nm范围内连续可调的CdS:Fe纳米晶体.掺杂纳米晶体具有立方闪锌矿结构,晶体结构完整,粒度分布系数为9.7%,并具有高达35%的荧光量子产率和良好的光化学稳定性.

Abstract:The Fe(Ⅱ) ions were doped into the CdS nanocrystals in the water solution,and they came outward under the microwave irradiation.With the growth of CdS:Fe nanocrystals,the fluorescence scope of doped nanocrystals shifted from 520 nm to 650 nm.The CdS:Fe nanocrystals had good cubic zinc blende structure and the coefficient of particle size distribution was 9.7%.Meanwhile,the quantum yield of CdS:Fe nanocrystals was near to 35%and chemical/photochemical stability of NCs were found to be excellent.
