延长小型高炉寿命的可行性研究

高炉生产实现高效与长寿的统一，可以获得良好的经济效益，直至目前还没有一座小高炉是按照一代炉役寿命达到15年为目标进行设计的。炉缸、炉底采用质量良好的炭砖砌筑，炉身下部采用铜冷却壁以达到上述目标。虽然投资有所增加，但投资效益仍然是好的。

FEASIBILITY STUDY OF PROLOGING CAMPAIGN LIFE OF MINIFURNACES

For all kind of blast furnaces as long campaign life and high efficiency can be realized, its finacial results should be good. But now there isn't any mini blast farnace which is designed for a campaign life reaching 15 years. In our design, a minifurnace used high quality carbon brick on hearth and bottom and applied copper stave on lower shaft. Although the investment is increased the benefit of investment is still good.
