摘    要:考察了乙苯脱氢生成苯乙烯的反应条件,如:反应温度、系统压力、水。油质量比、乙本空速行动地CS-08催化剂性能的影响,发现提高反应温度和水/油质量比或降低反应压力和空速对脱氢反应有利。反应后催化剂钾含量及其分布、表面碳碍的分析结果表明,GS-08催化剂活性的衰退主要是由于钾的迁移和表面积炭所致,其中积炭引起的部分失活可以通过含氢气的水蒸汽再生得到恢复。

Abstract:The influence of reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure, steam/oil ratio and space velocity in the process of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation for styrene on the performance of GS-08 catalyst was studied. It was discovered that increasing reaction temperature and steam/oil ratio or reducing pressure and space velocity was favorable to dehydrogenation reaction. Analysis results of the potassium content and its distribution and the coke deposit of the used catalyst showed that the main causes of deactivation were migration of potassium and coke deposit on the catalyst surface. Part of the deactivation caused by coke deposit can be recovered by air/steam regeneration.
