含氟润滑油脂减摩性能及摩擦机制分析

摘    要:研究分析了聚四氟乙烯润滑油脂的减摩性能,得出了聚四氟乙烯润滑油脂摩擦因数与转速、温度和载荷变化关系。利用SEM和EDS对3种润滑剂摩擦膜进行形貌和能谱分析,认为聚四氟乙烯润滑油脂减摩是表面物理吸附膜和化学迁移膜共同作用的结果。

Abstract:The friction properties of fluorinated lubricant grease were investigated,the friction properties which change with rotate speed,load and temperature were discussed.The wear scar morphologies of the surfaces lubricated by three kinds lubrication oils were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the element concentration were analyzed by X-ray energy spectrum(EDS).The theoretical analysis shows that because the combined effects of physical adsorption film and chemical migration film formed on...
