| 摘 要： | 华能瑞金电厂新建1号超临界350 MW机组锅炉屏式过热器间隔管两次爆管,分析认为主要原因是间隔管在末级过热器出口汇集集箱上的2个接管未开孔,致使管内蒸汽流动不畅,造成管子短时超温所致。对此,提出了对集箱、管子内部清洁度进行检查,运行中密切监测、防止超温等措施,实施后效果良好,有效地控制了爆管的再次发生。
