摘    要:华能瑞金电厂新建1号超临界350 MW机组锅炉屏式过热器间隔管两次爆管,分析认为主要原因是间隔管在末级过热器出口汇集集箱上的2个接管未开孔,致使管内蒸汽流动不畅,造成管子短时超温所致。对此,提出了对集箱、管子内部清洁度进行检查,运行中密切监测、防止超温等措施,实施后效果良好,有效地控制了爆管的再次发生。

Abstract:The spacing tube burst had occurred two times on platen superheater of supercritical boiler no.1 newly constructed in Huaneng Reijin Power Plant.It is believed from analysis that the main causo was the two spacing tubes connected to the final-stage superheater's outlet heater hadn't cutout to make opening,resulting in unsmooth flow of steam and short-time overtemperature of the tubes.For this,some measures,such as insepecting cleanness in headers and tubes,closely monitoring in operation,preventing overtemp...
