| 摘 要： | 文章从别墅的选址和平面布局设计出发,探讨如何在项目之初为营造高品质别墅的空间环境做准备。别墅的选址应该科学合理、因地制宜,选择最佳的区位地段,从自然人文环境、交通状况、风水格局等方面来考虑,为别墅选择一个合适的建造环境;同时对别墅的平面布局设计中的功能空间组成、设计的基本原则、室内外空间的融合等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Starting from the villa′s site selection and layout design,this paper explores how to prepare for the space environment of high quality villas at the beginning of the project.The villa site selection should be scientific and rational,and be in the best location lots to choose an appropriate building environment,considering the factors of human and natural environment,traffic conditions,and pattern of geomantic omen.This paper also probes into the villa function spacing in layout design,the basic principles of design,and the integration of indoor and outdoor space. |
