提高炼化企业长周期运行的措施与途径

近年来,炼化装置运行周期不断延长,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益,但与国际一流炼化企业相比,装置的长周期运行水平仍有不小的差距.总结目前炼化装置长周期运行现状,分析非计划停工因素,着重从日常管理、检修管理、专业管理等3个方面提出强化设备管理,提升长周期运行水平的经验和措施.

Measures and Ways to Improve the Long Term Operation of Petrochemical Enterprises

In recent years,the operation cycle of the refining and chemical unit continues continually increases,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.But compared with world-class refining and chemical companies,there is still a big gap on the operation cycle of devices.In this paper,status quo of long-term operation of petrochemical enterprises was summarized,factors to cause unplanned shut-down were analyzed.Focusing on three aspects of day-to-day management,maintenance management,professional management,experiences and measures to strengthen equipment management were put forward to enhance the level of long-cycle run.
