| 摘 要： | 介绍了纳尔科工业服务(苏州)有限公司开发的 EC3216A 型丙烯腈分散剂,在齐鲁丙烯腈装置上进行工业试验,来提升回收塔(T-104)和四效系统的操作效率.试验证明:分散剂 EC3216A 能够有效的分散丙烯腈生产系统中已经形成的聚合物,防止在系统中形成大颗粒聚合物,减少聚合物累积,提高塔及换热设备的运行效率,延长装置运行周期.

| Abstract: | EC3216A type acrylonitrile dispersant developed by Hucknall industrial service(Suzhou) Co.,Ltd was introduced as well as its application in Qilu acrylonitrile device to improve operational efficiency of recovery tower(T-104) and four-effect evaporation system.Experiment results show that dispersant EC3216A can effectively disperse polymers that have been formed in the acrylonitrile production system,prevent formation of large particles in the system,reduce accumulation of polymers,improve the operation efficiency of tower equipments and heat exchangers,extend operation cycle of the plant. |
