| 摘 要： | 传统注塑机硬件逻辑控制结构电路的设计,是基于继电器以及接触器等元件为基本的功能实现单元,其可靠性以及抗干扰能力等都比较弱。为此详细分析和阐述了注塑机的控制要求和工作原理,并针对传统注塑机存在的不足加以改进,实现了PLC(可编程序控制器)控制系统的设计。

| Abstract: | Conventional injection molding machine on the composition of the control structure of the circuit in the hardware logic design is based on relay and contactor components for basic functionality unit,but its reliability as well as anti-jamming capability is weak.For this,this paper makes a detailed analysis of and illustrates the control factors and work principles of injection molding machine.For the improvement of shortcomings of the conventional injection molding machine,it achieves the PLC（programmable logic con-troller） control system design. |
