Analysis of the Operating Principle of Electrical System, Electric Parameter Adjustment and Fault of G. D Barrel Round Bead Rubberizing Device

G.D packaging unit CT box molding plastic device on collagen is a purely mechanical device,so some disadvantages exist in the long-term production.As for the disadvantages of the original device,this paper improves the improved dispensing system—G.D box-grained plastic device.In the real practice,the device eliminates many drawbacks of the original system,leading to favorable results.However,the system needs maintenance and some technical faults may appear which need fault check,analysis and maintenance.Thus,this paper makes a deep study and analysis of the working principle and process of this system.It also summarizes some fault check and maintaining methods.The methods are effective especially in the case the adjustment of electrical parameters of the system is made.
