6,6-二溴青霉烷砜酸的合成工艺

摘    要:以6-APA(6-氨基青霉烷酸)为起始原料,经重氮化、溴化、成盐、氧化反应制得6,6-二溴青霉烷砜酸,重氮化、溴化反应在水相和有机相中进行,反应温度为-5~-10℃,氧化反应在水相进行,反应温度为5~10℃,总收率为78.8%.反应条件较温和,操作简单,易于工业生产生产.

Abstract:6,6-Dibromide sulbactam was prepared from 6-aminopenicilanic acid(6-APA) by diazotization,bromination,salification,and oxidation,total yield was 78.8%.The diazotization and bromination were carried out in aqueous phase and organic phase at-5~-10 ℃,and the oxidation was carried out in aqueous phase at 5~10 ℃.The technology is easy to realize industrial production because of mild reaction conditions and simple operation.
