基于虚拟仪器的货车滚动轴承故障分析与诊断系统

货车滚动轴承是货车的重要部件,关系着列车的运行速度和安全,所以轴承故障诊断对货车运行安全十分重要。设计一个货车滚动轴承故障诊断系统对轴承故障进行检测至关重要。文章介绍了货车滚动轴承的故障形式、振动机理,提出了基于LabVIEW软件技术开发货车滚动轴承的检测系统。

Fault Analysis and Diagnosis System for the Rolling Bearing of Freight Train Based on VI

Rolling bearing,as a very important component in freight train,has a close relation with railway vehicles on safety and high speed,so the check on rolling bearing is very important.It is crucial to design a fault analysis and diagnosis system for the rolling bearing of freight train for the check on bearing fault.With an introduction of fault form,vibrating principle of the rolling bearing of freight train,this paper proposes the fault check system for the rolling bearing based on the software technique of LabVIEW.
