摘    要:现代产品设计的本质是物的文化设计,产品应反映和彰显文化。产品文化特征的符号化是当今工业设计界研究的热点之一。文章基于文化对现代产品设计的影响,分析了现代产品设计中文化特征的符号表现方式,揭示了现代产品设计不应只满足于套用符号作为文化的装饰,而应该深入理解文化,既要"承其形",又要"传其神"的符号化设计思想。

Abstract:he essence of modern product design is the cultural design of object,thus products are bound to reflect culture.The symbolization of the cultural characteristics is one of the hot topics in the study of industrial design at the present.Based on the influence of culture on modern product design,this paper analyzes the symbolization presentation of cultural characteristics in modern product design.It points out that modern product design should not only take symbols as cultural labels,but also should have a profound understanding of culture.The symbolic design thought is that both ″appearance likeness″ and ″spirit likeness″ should be covered in modern product design.
