| 摘 要： | 介绍了全球一次能源的消费情况,着重介绍了石油资源的分布情况、原油生产情况、石油消费及石油贸易情况.从全球一次能源的消费情况及石油消费量的预测情况来看,石油资源仍然是最重要的一次能源,确保并有效利用石油资源是摆在我们前面的重要课题.提出了有效利用石油资源的建议.

| Abstract: | Consumption of global primary energy was introduced as well as the distribution of petroleum resources,production situation of crude oil,petroleum consumption and petroleum trading situation.The petroleum is still the most important primary energy from the aspect of global primary energy consumption and the forecast situation of petroleum consumption.How to ensure to effectively use petroleum resources is an important subject in front of us.At last,some suggestions for effective utilization of petroleum resources were put forward. |
