摘    要:TH-682是-种新型缓蚀阻垢剂,具有含磷低,缓蚀阻垢性能好的特点。对全国五大水域水质,特别是南方水系的超低硬度、腐蚀性较强的水质,TH-682具有良好的缓蚀效果;加药量为60mg/L时,其碳钢腐蚀速率均符合GB50050--2007标准。不同药剂量下,TH-682的静态阻垢率均高于HEDP、ATMP和国外药剂-A。通过电厂低硬度、强腐蚀水现场应用一年,TH-682的缓蚀阻垢效果良好。并且TH-682含磷低,仅为4.8%,可以有效避免磷的水中富营养化问题。

Abstract:TH-682 is a new type corrosion and scale inhibitor with low phosphorus, which has advantages of good corrosion and scale inhibition performance. TH-682 has the best inhibition effect on carbon steel over five major river systems, especially for ultra-low hardness and corrosive water in the South China. Results indicate that when the chemical dosage in circulating water is 60 mg/L, the corrosion rate can meet GB 50050-2007 industrial circulating cooling water design standard. The static scale inhibition rate of TH-682 is the highest among HEDP, ATMP and foreign products-A with different chemical dosages. TH-682 has been applied to circulating cooling water of one power plant for one year. Results indicate that TH-682 has good inhibition corrosion and scale performance. Furthermore, it contains low phosphorus, only 4.8%, which can effectively avoid the eutrophication phosphorus in water.
