恒温油气在线检测对比实验研究

摘    要:利用气相色谱技术和模拟油罐对油气浓度在恒温条件下进行在线检测,通过实验数据分析了在恒温条件下对比模拟油罐油气浓度变化情况,计算出了表面覆盖氟化聚乙烯微球的模拟油罐油气浓度达到饱和的时间,恒温30℃时为13.7 h,恒温50℃为7.8h.

Abstract:Gas chromatography technology and simulant oil tanks were used to carry out online detection of oil-gas concentration under constant temperature,and the change of oil-gas concentration in simulant oil tanks under constant temperature was analyzed based on experimental data.And in simulant oil tank whose surface was covered with fluorinated polyethylene microspheres,the time when oil gas concentration reached saturation was computed,they were 13.7 h and 7.8 h at 30 ℃ and 50 ℃,respectively.
