摘    要:实验采用催化湿式氧化法对甲基橙模拟偶氮染料废水进行处理;催化剂的制备采用等量浸渍法,以 Cu、Fe 为催化剂活性组分,制备多组分复合催化剂,研究了催化剂组分构成对催化剂性能的影响.实验结果表明,双组分催化剂 Cu-Fe 的性能优于单组分的 Cu、Fe 催化剂.在甲基橙浓度为0.238 g/L、反应总压力为2.5 MPa、反应温度为180℃、搅拌速度为500 r/min、反应时间为3 h 的条件下,废水处理的脱色率达96%.

Abstract:Methyl orange azo dye wastewater was processed with catalytic wet air oxidation method;Multi-component composite catalysts were prepared by isometric impregnation method with Cu and Fe as active components.Effects of catalyst component on catalytic performance were researched.The experimental results show that Cu-Fe bicomponent catalyst is superior to single component Cu or Fe catalyst.When methyl orange concentration is 0.238 g/L,total reaction pressure is 2.5 MPa,reaction temperature is 180 ℃,stirring speed is 500 r/min,reaction time is 3 h,treatment effect of the wastewater is very good,the decolorization rate can reach to 96%.
