摘    要:基于多变量预测函数控制算法设计了丙烯精馏塔控制系统,塔顶丙烷浓度和塔釜丙烯浓度为被控变量,回流量和塔釜再沸器蒸汽流量为调节变量,实现r两端产品的直接质量控制。仿真结果表明该控制器响应速度快、抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:A control system of propylene distillation column was designed based on multivariable predictive functional control algorithm, propane concentration in the top and propylene concentration in the bottom were used as control variables, quantity of reflux and steam flow of the reboiler were used as moderator variables, direct control of the product was realized. The simulation results show that this controller has fast :response and strong anti-interference.
