| Abstract: | The propene feed pump in polypropylene unit failed caused by frequent seal leakage.By mean of checking on its mechanical seal end face specific pressure and analysis,and analyses on its mechanical seal rotating ring material and structure,the reason of seal failure was found.The improvement was carried out.The problem was solved. |
